State of the Chow

Hello! My name is Joey and I am starting this blog to catalog my ever expanding culinary adventure into what defines Real Texas Chow. I am not a purist, I am not a food snob, I am simply a 6th generation Texan who likes to eat, cook, and write. In the next year, I plan on opening a roadside food trailer and giving the world my take on Texas Chow, so this blog is also a sort of research and development page to document and explore my ideas.
